Forward roll!
Nate learned how to do somersaults last week. He's not brave enough to do them anywhere except his bed yet, but maybe after enough practice he will be. I did a few somersaults myself to help him learn how, but I think my somersault days are over. I see stars every time I do one! I guess that's a sign that I'm getting old(er)!

Tell Nate that Aunt Liza just practiced her somersault and will be ready to do some with him when he gets here!
